Our company Zubak Grupa was declared best employer in Croatia for 2023 in the category Trade, and the second best employer in the category Large companies (more than 250 employees).
At a ceremony held at the Hotel Zonar in Zagreb, MojPosao, the leading portal for advertising jobs in Croatia, announced the Best Employers in Croatia, based on the results of the Pulser – Employee Satisfaction Survey. More than 7 thousand employees had their say.
In the most prestigious category, that of Large Companies, Zubak Grupa won second place, right behind Infinum. The third place went to Rimac Technology.
“We are extremely proud of this recognition, which proves to us that the activities we carry out and the direction we have set give adequate results. It is a combination of financial and non-financial motivation, investment in education and career development, but also interesting projects that we continue to launch. We don’t do it for these kinds of recognitions, but it’s certainly nice when that effort is recognized by those for whom we do it all.” said Ivan Zubak, President of Zubak Grupa’s Management Board.
Since 2019, Zubak Grupa has consistently been the TOP 5 Croatian employers, having previously won third place twice, fourth place twice. This year’s second place is the company’s best result since the survey was conducted.
