ORYX Assistance, as a quality service network whose contact center has won multiple awards, is proud to start a partnership with OTP Leasing Serbia, a member of the OTP Group. Thanks to this cooperation, clients of OTP Leasing Serbia, one of the pioneers and leaders in the field of leasing on the Serbian market, will have the Roadside ORYX Assistance service available from November 2023.

On the occasion of celebrating 18 years of business on the Serbian market, OTP Leasing Serbia decided to gift their clients with the ORYX Assistance Roadside product. Until the end of 2023, when buying a new and used passenger or light commercial vehicle through OTP Leasing Serbia, this service will be available to clients 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, both in Serbia and abroad.

The ORYX Roadside Assistance product includes repair, transportation, tow service, a replacement vehicle, and accommodation in a hotel in the event that a replacement vehicle is unavailable. In addition, customers in the Europa package also have at their disposal the life saving Drive Angel application, which enables easy use of all ORYX Assistance services. This package includes benefits up to the limit in the event of a traffic accident, careless handling (e.g. incorrectly filled fuel, locked keys in the vehicle) or external influences (hail, fire, etc.) in Europe.
